Receptionist: Charmian O'Sullivan, Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Charmian joined us in 2009 and what a great asset she has been to the team and our clients. As a qualified Beauty Therapist, Charmian has the knowledge and customer care skills to adapt quickly as a front-of-house person, being able to answer queries promptly and efficiently. She has also picked up the hairdressing side of the business and integrates them both perfectly. You will find Charmian very approachable, professional and very friendly.

Sam joined the team in 2006 and has become is a very valued and talented member of our artistic team at Spring.
With outstanding professionalism within the hairdressing industry she is an energetic and enthusiastic hairstylist with over 25 years of experience, gaining knowledge and skills from as far away as Australia to nearer home: London, and more locally Oxford.
Sam is our Matrix colouring specialist, her knowledge and understanding of the Matrix C.R.A.F.T and signature colouring allows her to offer a fantastic variety of colouring techniques. Maximising her cutting and styling with colour and bespoke Matrix Hair Care products enables her to offer an ultimate personal style to her clients.
Sam thoroughly enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and is a really friendly, happy and approachable hairdresser, making you feel comfortable and in good hands!
Sam has one Saturday off a month and will then work one day during the week - Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm.

Sarah has recently joined our team, bringing with her fresh enthusiasm, energy and skill. With 17 years experience in the industry and gaining her Assessors Award she will undoubtedly be an asset to training our Apprentices and taking part in our team training program.
Sarah is a valued member of our team who ensures our clients feel relaxed and pampered. Her confident approach to contemporary and modern cutting and colouring techniques fills the client with trust. She is then able to comfortably enhance or transform their image to the desired finish.

Naomi joined us this year as a Creative Stylist. She has been involved with the industry since 2003, qualifying to NVQ 2 in 2006 and gaining her NVQ 3 in 2009.
Naomi is blessed with a natural talent in hairdressing, with confidence, vision and creativity. Her ability to listen, look and understand what the client wants is excellent for her years.
Naomi loves colouring and creating completely new looks, whether the desired look is to be soft and tonal or vibrant and zassy.
She is very passionate about her creative work and aims to provide all her clients with professional advice on how to care for their hair in the best possible way, giving them a style that not only looks great on them, but that they are able to manage at home.
Naomi enjoys making clients feel good about themselves and loves working with a great team.
Naomi has one Saturday off a month and will then work one day during the week - Thursday 11.30am – 7.00pm.

With 6 years experience Ashleigh has gained a wealth of knowledge within the beauty industry, touching into the world of Reflexology and Reiki 1 which gives a subtle holistic feel to her treatments.
Pursuing her career in advanced facial treatments, adding a touch of relaxing Reflexology to her Pedicures and adding a wonderful karma to her Massages, your treatments with Ashleigh will surely be your best salon experience.
She also specialises in Gel over-lays, Make-up, Hollywood and Brazilian waxing and Aromatherapy Massage.
Ashleigh loves providing tip top treatments to make her clients feel special and relaxed.

Qualified for 6 years, Alice is passionate about all aspects of beauty and is particularly knowledgeable about manicures. You will receive a professional and honest service which will make you feel special.
Since joining the team she has trained with Dermalogica skin care, which she has found to be an exceptional product that does what it says on the packet! Alice loved the results and the client's reaction, leaving them eager to book again for their next facial.
She also specialises in Gel over-lays, Waxing and Deep Aromatherapy Massage.
Alice will work her very best to meet all your beauty needs.
