We want you and others to enjoy the experience of Spring and to help ensure that comfort we would ask you to refrain from using your mobile phone and ensure that it is on silent mode. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and well behaved in respect to other client’s relaxation.
Making a Booking: We recommend for your first visit that you book at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred choice of hair/beauty service, date and time and suggest you book your next appointment on departure. Please be sure to enter the appointment date and time into you Diary or Mobile. Register your email address with us and we will send you a reminder.* You may be asked for a credit card number or a deposit to secure your appointment.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time in order to unwind. If you are having a beauty service you maybe required to complete a consultation form, this takes about 10 minutes. Late arrival will limit your appointment time as services will finish on time so that our next client is not delayed. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the service booked will remain payable. In the event that your stylist or therapist is not available to carry out your service through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative stylist or therapist if available. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking and, where possible, we will endeavour to contact you by telephone.
Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. Cheques will only be accepted with valid guarantee card and made payable to JP Hair Design Limited.
Cancellation Policy: Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment as we request at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellation costs as shown below will be charged. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01993 201195. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by email, confirming by telephone during salon operating hours. We will confirm your cancellation.
Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Stylist or Beauty Therapists time in advance. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide full compensation for our highly professional Stylists and Therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.
Clients will be charged for the time reserved regardless of the reason for cancelling, whether it’s a spontaneous weekend away, a call into work or the flu.
Where we have sufficient notice of cancellation, we will endeavour to offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list, as we much prefer to fill the slot than charge for the cancellation.
In the event of the above occurring you agree to honour an invoice or charge made to your credit/debit card for the charges incurred.
The manager reserves the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances with regard to the above.
*Email reminders are sent out whenever possible but should not be relied upon.

Gift Vouchers: Are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. They are non-refundable or transferable. The Gift Voucher issue number must be quoted at the time of booking and presented on the day of the service. You are not obliged to use the full amount. The cancellation policy applies to booking with a Voucher and the late cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher.
Client Referral Cards: Will be given to all clients who have received a hair or beauty service.
Simply give the right hand side of the Referral Card to someone who isn’t yet one of our customers. When this person redeems the voucher with us you become entitled to a £5.00 bonus to spend on services or products. On the referred client’s first visit, 5% will be deducted from the first service only and excludes product purchase.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
A note about your health: Clients who have problems with blood pressure, circulation, deep vein thrombosis, heart disease, are on medication, have recently had an operation, which are pregnant or have any other health worries should check with their GP before booking a Service. Some Services can have a profound effect on circulation, skin or blood pressure. Please make sure that you always leave enough time after your appointment to recover from these changes and derive maximum benefits especially following a massage/facial or body treatment. Don't forget to drink plenty of water, to aid detoxification.
Products that we use and recommend are highly concentrated so very little is needed to obtain maximum results. If you have any allergies prior to your appointment please inform us immediately. Please heed the advice of our professionals on how to use the product(s) that we recommend and if you have any queries call us and we will be happy to answer them or go over a procedure again.
Patch Tests are required 48 hours prior to any hair and beauty chemical services.
Our prices, treatment descriptions, products and information may be subject to revision without notice if we feel this is appropriate.
